Mashrou' Leila - Inni Mnih

The first non-English song I post! I love them. Their songs range from random, but awesome, noise making to the deepest stuff you've ever heard in your life. This is one of the more serious ones.

Linkin Park are the only band I've been obsessively following for over a decade. It's not like they need an introduction. Here's one of my favorite songs off their latest album.Which I approve of. Very much. Very, very much.

It's one of those albums that you need to play more than once to realize how great it is.

I gotta say, the whole album is absolutely awesome. For some reason, I wasn't expecting that. Get it! It's fun!

Ben Semmens - Streetlight

I think Ben followed me on twitter after I tweeted something about Greg Laswell (who I got to see perform live today!!!!!). I went ahead and checked a few songs on his EP, liked it, downloaded it, added it to my iTunes, then forgot about it.
A couple of weeks later, my iPod decided to play one of his songs, and I was like "Gosh! Who is that?! I sure have awesome music on my iPod!" Then I realized it's Ben, and of course, I ended up playing his EP over, and over, and over, and over...

This song is probably my favorite, though I actually like quite a few.

I found this song in the "hot this week" sidebar on youtube. Since then, I've been checking it religiously. I ended up getting Oh Land's album and falling in love with it later on.
